Collectively our team have over 30 years experience working with key broadcasters, indies and talent culminating in millions of views.

Meet the Team

Andrew Efah

Andrew Efah, the founder, created ADG to showcase the versatility of creatives within different genres as he himself has worked across Digital, Children’s, Fact Ent, news, drama, and documentaries. An accomplished Producer / Director with over a decade of industry experience, Andrew has also been selected as a Breakthrough Leader and part of the British Screen Forum Future Leaders initiative.
Founder

Malachi Butt-Mukete

Malachi works across unscripted development focussing on pitching to US/UK cable networks, broadcasters, and streamers. While at the BBC, Malachi was the brain behind BBC Sports’ first ever combat series, Born to Brawl, which profiles boxers and MMA fighters in the lead up to their bouts.

Daniel Adusei

A web developer and events manager, who specialises in UX experience, managing community cohesion with local stakeholders and website construction.

Sabrena Jarret-Thorpe

Is a Breakthrough Leader who has been working in the TV industry for over 8 years across Scripted and Unscripted with experience in both Development and Production. Her most recent successes include developing a 6-part returnable drama series ‘Wonderland’ and attaching major talent Skepta, ArrDee and Shystie and developing a doc-series for Hulu.

Anthony Layiwola

Anthony Layiwola is a music and entertainment manager, working across management, recording and consultancy, with a focus on the development of music artists , songwriting, producers and their brands. Anthony regularly works with major record labels, music publishers and Brands in collaboration with the talent he manages.

Junior Kassim

A creative project manager who has formed and led teams at BBC and BBC Studios to accomplish internal projects as well as external events. He has more than 8 years’ experience with project management and seen successes in event management, tech and community building within the media industry.
